BotNest – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BotNest, we strive to provide high-quality automation solutions and educational programs. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.
1. Order Cancellation (Products & Automation Services)
Customers may request cancellation under the following conditions:
Before Installation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if installation has not been scheduled.
- If hardware procurement has already started, a processing fee of up to 20% may be deducted.
After Installation
- Once the automation system is installed and activated, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Installed hardware cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Refund Policy (Automation Products)
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Eligible for Refund
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect
- BotNest is unable to deliver or install the service
- Order cancelled within the allowed cancellation period
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after installation
- Damage caused by misuse or electrical faults
- Network or internet issues affecting IoT devices
- Third-party app compatibility issues
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Training & Educational Programs (Robotics / IoT / AI Courses)
Cancellation by Student
- Students may cancel enrollment within 48 hours of registration if the course has not started.
- After the course begins, fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Students may request one-time rescheduling to another batch depending on availability.
4. Event, Workshop & Bootcamp Refunds
For workshops or short-term events:
- Cancellation 3 days before the event → Eligible for 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before the event → No refund
5. Service Interruptions
BotNest is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:
- Internet connectivity issues
- Power failures
- Third-party software or hardware failures
- User device compatibility issues
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, including:
- UPI
- Bank transfer
- Credit/Debit card
- Payment gateway
Processing time: 7–10 business days.
7. BotNest Right to Cancel
BotNest reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- The service location is not technically feasible
- Hardware is unavailable
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
