Where a course, workshop, kit, offer or registration confirmation provides specific refund terms, those terms apply to that particular purchase or enrolment.

After course commencement

Refund eligibility may depend on whether the course has started, learning access or materials have been provided, or a physical learning kit has already been dispatched.

Review process

Each request may be reviewed using the registration and payment information available to BotNest Academy. Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method.
